CREXOM™ Certification Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern enrollment in the CREXOM™ Certification Program offered by the Real Estate Training & Management Institute, LLC (“RETMI™,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing and enrolling in CREXOM™, you (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Program Access

• Enrollment grants you access to the CREXOM™ Certification Program for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• The program is self-paced, but all modules, quizzes, and requirements must be completed within the 6-month window to earn certification.

• Access cannot be paused, extended, or transferred without RETMI™’s prior approval.

2. Certification Requirements

• To earn the CREXOM™ Certification, you must:

  • Complete all program modules.

  • Successfully pass all required assessments.

  • Meet any additional requirements outlined during the program.

• Certificates will not be issued for incomplete programs.

3. Candidate Handbook & Program Policies

Enrollment in the CREXOM™ Certification Program is governed by the CREXOM™ Candidate Handbook, which defines eligibility requirements, assessment policies, program rules, recertification standards, professional conduct expectations, and administrative procedures.

The Candidate Handbook is issued to candidates at the time of enrollment through the CREXOM™ learning platform and applies throughout the period of candidacy and credential holding.

By enrolling in CREXOM™, you agree to comply with the policies and requirements set forth in the Candidate Handbook, as administered by the Real Estate Training & Management Institute, LLC.

4. Continuing Education & Recertification

• The CREXOM™ Certification is valid for two (2) years.

• To maintain your credential, you must complete two (2) approved Continuing Education Modules within each recertification cycle.

• The recertification fee is $399 (all-inclusive).

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program, refunds are not provided once enrollment is processed.

• If you experience technical issues, RETMI™ will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

6. Intellectual Property

• All program materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, quizzes, documents, and frameworks, are the property of Real Estate Training & Management Institute, LLC.

• You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent from RETMI™.

• Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

7. Conduct & Integrity

• Students are expected to complete assessments honestly and without outside assistance unless expressly permitted.

• RETMI™ reserves the right to revoke certification if academic dishonesty or misconduct is identified.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• RETMI™ provides education and training only. We do not guarantee employment, promotions, or specific business outcomes.

• By enrolling, you agree to hold RETMI™ harmless from any claims related to your use of the certification.

9. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the CREXOM™ Certification, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the CREXOM™ Candidate Handbook, which together govern participation in the program.
